While our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy allows for changes with 24 hours' notice to accommodate occasional disruptions, this flexibility is not intended for ongoing or habitual cancellations while holding a weekly slot.
If frequent cancellations occur (even with sufficient notice), we reserve the right to review the eligibility of the weekly plan, which may result in continuation with minimum attendance conditions in place, moving to ad-hoc bookings, or the slot being released.
Pausing a weekly plan
Where continuing with a regular plan is no longer feasible, any remaining unused lessons will be refunded as credit for use against any other lessons with JTC Education.
If a refund to the original payment method is preferred, our standard refund policy will apply.
