Eligible refunds are issued in accordance with the scenarios outlined in our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. All eligible refunds are issued as credit, which may be applied toward any JTC Education service and used for any student linked to the same parent or guardian account. Credit is valid for 2 years from time of purchase.
Returning unused credit
Parents may request that any unused credit be returned to their original payment method at any time. Refunds to the original card incur a 5% transaction fee, which reflects non-recoverable banking and processing charges.
Processing time
- Refunds returned as lesson credit are applied instantly to your JTC Education balance.
- Refunds returned to your credit/debit card depend entirely on your bank or card provider's processing times — most refunds appear within 3–10 working days.
