You'll only be paired with students whose needs and goals align with your subject strengths, preferences, and availability. There's no need to bid or compete to win students – all students we match you with have already demonstrated serious and genuine interest.
All lessons take place uniquely online, so there are never any restrictions on where you can be. You can leverage timezone differences to work during more sociable hours, or complement local after-school slots. A good internet connection and professional setting is all you need.
We welcome different levels of involvement. Tutors can choose how many regular hours they'd like to commit.
Whether you prefer lessons grouped together or short gaps between sessions, we'll work with you to build a teaching schedule that works.

With a view to making work more efficient and students' progress easier to monitor, we've built an in-house, fully integrated resource bank with thousands of past papers, worksheets, and progress trackers. No more digging through folders or fishing for links. Setting and tracking homework with this system takes seconds and saves hours.
Our easy-to-use app allows you to view your schedule, message students, share availability, track payments, create whiteboards, manage files, and sync all lessons to your personal calendar.
All tutor–family communication takes place via our in-app chat, keeping correspondence separate from personal channels, and ensuring appropriate safeguarding.
Tutors work on an agreed hourly rate and are paid in their preferred currency monthly, as outlined in a freelance contract. We absorb all currency fluctuations, VAT, transfer costs, and any client-facing promotions.
We offer competitive pay rates that fairly reflect a tutor's qualifications, experience, professionalism, and online proficiency. That's why we'll be able to offer you a personalised rate once we learn more about you. Application Process
Our application process is tailored to each tutor, allowing the opportunity for individual strengths to come to life.
Tell us about the subjects and exam boards you're familiar with, your background, qualifications, and availability preferences. Start the process by filling it out here.
Selected applicants are invited to submit a short video lesson (15–20 minutes) based on a specific prompt — usually a past paper question or a concept from a syllabus you teach. We appreciate this takes time, so we reciprocate by guaranteeing feedback on all video submissions, regardless of whether we decide to move forward or not.
We'll schedule a video call to get to know you better, ask any questions we may have, and answer any questions you may have for us.
Selection Criteria

Shown through clear communication, punctuality, responsiveness, thoughtful preparation, and a polished presentation.
Aptitude with video call platforms, screen sharing, shared documents, whiteboards, images, and online resources to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons — or a willingness to learn.
Most of our students are based in the UAE (GMT+4), so we look for tutors whose availability aligns with after-school hours and weekends.
Fit Check
We're not an open platform or a marketplace – we look for genuine alignment before bringing anyone on board. Depending on how you approach tutoring, our way of working can make your life easier, or feel more structured than you may need. For us, it's important to bring as much value to your work as you'll bring to your students.
We work best with tutors who:
See tutoring as a professional endeavour, whether part-time or full time.
Prefer and can commit to a regular schedule with fixed timings, with a minimum of 4 regular hours per week.
